Stunning images of Britain's beautiful beaches

You would be forgiven for assuming these jaw-dropping coastal pictures had been taken on unique seashores throughout the Mediterranean or at rugged outposts overlooking the Atlantic ocean.

However they had been all captured within the UK by an Italian photographer who was so greatly surprised with the fantastic thing about Britain's seashores that he made it his mission to all of them.  

Alessio Putzu, 28, has spent two years touring the UK's shoreline to seize probably the most magnificent surroundings - and has snapped calm waters and crashing waves in every single place from Cornwall to the Highlands, and Northumbria to The Mumbles, Wales.

Pictured above is Godrevy Lighthouse in Cornwall. Mr Putzu stated: 'I actually like to journey as a result of it makes me really feel as if I am actually residing my life to the fullest'

Mr Putzu, who now lives in London, stated: 'I first got here to the UK simply to go to, and I introduced my digital camera with me.

'However I quickly realised that it is without doubt one of the most spectacular nations on the planet to take these sort of photos.'

He added: 'It took me a very long time to get all the way in which around the UK shoreline, I often deliberate my journeys to take two or three days at a time - however I needed to take longer if I wanted to go to Scotland.

The photographer's journeys are often deliberate for 2 or three days at a time to make sure he captures moments like this superb dawn at Mumbles Lighthouse in Wales

'It takes cautious planning so I do know what the climate might be like on every journey.'

His assortment captures the size and breadth of the UK's numerous seascapes.

He outlined: 'My photos vary over from south Cornwall to north Scotland on Skye, passing by Devon and Dorset by South and North Wales, going as much as Lake District and crossing to Northumberland.'

Working across the UK's unpredictable climate, the photographer stated it takes cautious planning to search out the suitable days to shoot. Above is Boscastle, Cornwall

Mr Putzu added: 'Daily is filled with journey and discovering, and on the finish of the day I fall asleep with an large smile on my face.' Above is Elgol, Scotland

Mr Putzu intends to proceed his journey to the remainder of the UK. 

He stated: 'I actually like to journey as a result of it makes me really feel as if I am actually residing my life to the fullest.

'Daily is filled with journey and discovering, and on the finish of the day I fall asleep with an enormous smile on my face.

'I am conscious that my undertaking cannot be accomplished with out Northern Eire, so I am now planning my subsequent journey there.'
