A two-year-old little one has died in unexplained companies at a home in Stoke-on-Trent.
Emergency companies had been known as to the house at round 9.25am yesterday morning.
Police and paramedics attended the scene, though the toddler couldn't be saved.

Officers mentioned that there aren't any suspicious circumstances surrounding the loss of life, which they described as 'sudden and unexplained'.
An inquest into the loss of life has now been opened.
Chief Inspector Kev Mulligan mentioned: 'We obtained a name from the ambulance crew at 9.25am to an handle in Pebble View, Tunstall.
'It was a sudden and unexplained loss of life of a two-year-old toddler. There aren't any suspicious circumstances.
'Specifically skilled officers are supporting the household at this very troublesome time.'
Chief Inspector Mulligan mentioned a report had been ready for the coroner.
One resident, who didn't wish to be named, mentioned: 'I noticed an ambulance leaving the road on Saturday morning.
'It appears it was only a tragedy and there was nothing anybody can do.
'I do not know which home the household reside at however it's terrible for them.
'They're simply regular individuals who do not should have this occur to them.
'My neighbour instructed me they left the home on Saturday afternoon and have not been again since as a result of they can not bear to be in the home.
'They're being comforted by relations someplace else.'
