Star Wars actor Kenny Baker, who performed robotic R2-D2, left nothing in his will to the person claiming to be his secret love little one.

The 3ft 8in-tall star, pictured under, died aged 81 final August after battling a lung situation.

He left a internet property of £328,771, in keeping with probate data, most of which went to sons Chris, 43, and Kevin, 41.

However he did not go away a penny to Shane Townsend, 46, who insisted he was Baker's son from a short relationship earlier than the actor wed in 1970.

Mr Townsend, who's 5ft 9in, claimed that his mom Yvonne slept with Baker in 1969. She then married an ex-soldier and moved to Canada. He added that his mom informed him on his 40th birthday that Baker was his actual father.

However Baker's nephew and carer for 20 years, Drew Myerscough, 49, stated: 'Ken's actual phrases had been, "It is a non-event." He stated, "I am not his dad. It is nothing to do with me." '
