Factory worker racially abused for having Polish accent

A British father-of-two has been racially abused and advised to 'return to the place he got here from' after a mind harm left him with a Polish accent.

Robert Pailing, 37, was uncovered to harmful ranges of carbon monoxide and now has mind injury. 

The 'catastrophic' accident at a fish manufacturing facility in Hull, East Yorkshire, resulted in Mr Pailing talking with damaged speech. 

He suffers from international accent syndrome and he usually pronounces phrases in a Polish accent.

Mr Pailing, from Hull, stated: 'It has been very upsetting. Some folks have advised me to return to the place I come from.'

The Hull Every day Mail reported that the joiner was uncovered to the damaging fuel whereas working in October 2015.

His employers, Westlands Development, admitted breaching well being and security procedures and have been fined £16,000 at Hull Magistrates' Courtroom.  

After the incident he collapsed at dwelling and was hospitalised and was later identified with mind injury.

He was unable to show door handles, write his identify, couldn't communicate fluently - and was advised he won't ever work once more. 

Mr Pailing advised the Hull Every day Mail: 'It has been very arduous for me. In the event you requested me, "do you wish to work, or do you wish to go to the pub to observe soccer?" I would wish to work. I've at all times cherished doing what I did.
