Police hunt angry commuter who assaulted children aged four and five in front of their mother because they had seats on Tube train seats

A Tube passenger assaulted two younger youngsters as a result of they'd their ft on the seats.

The person shouted on the youngsters, aged 4 and 5, earlier than grabbing one by the ankle and the opposite by the knee as he tried to take away them from their seats on the Metropolitan line practice because it waited at Wembley Park, north London, on November 12.

The kids had been with their mom on the time. British Transport Police mentioned the household had been left 'distressed' and have appealed for witnesses.

The incident happened on on the Metropolitan line service from Liverpool Road to Uxbridge on the night of November 12.

Investigating officer PC Ryan Hutchings mentioned: 'At round 5.20pm on 12 November, the practice was at Wembley Park when a person on board the service shouted at two youngsters, aged 4 and 5.

'The person was sad that the kids, who had been accompanied by their mom, had their ft on the seats.

The person shouted on the youngsters, aged 4 and 5, earlier than grabbing one by the ankle and the opposite by the knee on a the Metropolitan line practice because it waited at Wembley Park, north London

'He grabbed one of many youngsters by the ankle and the opposite by the knee and tried to bodily take away them from the seats.

'The kids and their mom had been left distressed after the incident.

'I'm very eager to talk to anybody who was travelling on this specific tube carriage and should have witnessed the incident.'
