Three youngsters have been arrested in a metropolis centre sparking an offended crowd accusing police of being 'bully boys'.
A video emerged of an offended crowd of individuals confronting officers in Queens Sq., Liverpool.
Merseyside Police have been accused of giving the three kids, together with a lady, tough remedy.
Melissa Inman, who made the video public, informed the Liverpool Echo : 'I witnessed cops assault younger children, ragging them on the ground into the van.
'One child's face was that crimson we thought he was going to cross out by how tight he was cuffed and the way laborious he was dealt with. It was disgusting!
'I'm shocked at how the police dealt with this case.'
The 2 boys and woman have been arrested on suspicion of assault, drug possession and disorderly and threatening behaviour.
One individual protesting in opposition to the police's actions shouted 'bully boys' at them.
A spokesman stated: 'Merseyside Police can affirm that three individuals have been arrested after experiences of anti-social behaviour in Queens Sq., Liverpool metropolis centre.
'Officers attended the placement at about three.10pm.
'A 13 year-old male was arrested for threatening behaviour and assault, a 15 year-old feminine was arrested for assaulting a police officer and possession of a managed drug and a 17 year-old male was additionally arrested for disorderly behaviour.
'They've been taken to a police station the place they are going to be questioned by officers.'
Merseyside Police didn't touch upon the accusations in opposition to their officers within the incident.
