Mother-of-two's Samsung phone 'sends sparks flying just inches from her baby'

A mom has described the second her Samsung smartphone burst into flames and exploded like a 'firework' simply inches from her child. 

Victoria Seed, 39, mentioned she was shocked when she heard the bang and noticed the sparks flying from the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.
