Marine A 'will sue his former lawyers for negligence over his 2013 trial' as he spends a fourth Christmas in jail

The Royal Marine who was jailed for all times for murdering a Taliban rebel in Afghanistan is reportedly set to sue his attorneys.

Alexander Blackman, 42, was denied bail earlier this week and can subsequently spend his fourth Christmas behind bars.

He's arguing that those that represented at his trial in Bulford Army Courtroom in Wiltshire in 2013 did not fee psychiatric reviews. 

Attorneys representing Blackman, from Taunton, Somerset, are understood to have contacted three of his authorized group, reviews Patrick Foster on the Each day Telegraph. 

They're believed to have written to them because the psychiatric reviews might have decreased his homicide conviction to manslaughter by the use of diminished duty.

The attorneys are mentioned to have warned his former authorized group that they may face a civil claims for skilled negligence. 

Jonathan Goldberg QC is main his new group after new proof was discovered which suggests the previous sergeant was affected by a psychological dysfunction.

The undiagnosed sickness was thought to have affected Blackman on the time when he shot the wounded Taliban rebel in 2011. 

His attraction will likely be heard on February 7 subsequent 12 months and a courtroom will resolve whether or not they may cut back his homicide conviction.  

It comes as Blackman's supporters reacted with fury earlier this week after it emerged £50million Nigerian conman had been launched from jail on the identical day the ex-serviceman was denied bail.

Blackman's solicitor Issy Hogg is believed to have been given letter and the three attorneys are all denying his declare, the paper reviews. 

Solicitor John Bennett, who's performing on behalf of Mr Berry and Mr Glenser, mentioned the barristers are conscious of Blackman's negligence declare, whereas Ms Hogg didn't reply.
