Two males accused of raping a lady they met at a nightclub earlier than allegedly sharing graphic pictures in a WhatsApp group, have been cleared following a re-trial.
Jesse Burgoine, 28, and Artjom Nepryahin, 26, have been accused of attacking the 23-year-old girl after assembly her at Coco Tang on Bridlesmith Gate in Nottingham in December 2014.
The prosecution had claimed the girl, who can't be named for authorized causes, was not totally aware when sexual exercise befell at Mr Nepryahin's flat in Nottingham within the early hours of December 21.

Each defendants mentioned the sexual encounter was consensual and denied the girl had handed out.
Jurors discovered Burgoine, of Wrestlingworth, Bedfordshire, and Nepryahin, of Prestwood Highway, Liverpool, not responsible of two fees of rape following a two-week trial at Nottingham Crown Court docket.
