A 10-year-old lady has died after struggling a cardiac arrest on a transatlantic flight.
The teen was travelling on Air Canada flight AC-868 from Toronto to London Heathrow, when the airplane re-routed to Shannon Airport in Eire.
As soon as the flight landed the lady was transferred to Limerick Hospital, the place she later died.

It's believed she was travelling with three grownup siblings when she fell unwell.
The Air Canada flight, a 411-seater Boeing 767, took off from Toronto at eight:40am and stopped over at Shannon Airport at 7.40pm.
After paramedics eliminated the lady from the plane, the flight then carried on with its journey and landed at Heathrow for 9.20pm.

Air Canada has despatched out its condolences to the household of the younger passenger.
A spokesman stated: 'We're deeply saddened by this example and we're doing all we will to help the household in these tragic circumstances.'
