A teen has been arrested after a child was deserted outdoors of a grocery store in freezing temperatures in Kent.
The kid, who's believed to be a child boy aged 18 months, was discovered by a client who found a pram was left unattended outdoors a Co-op in Canterbury Street, Whitstable at about 6.20pm yesterday.
The 18-year-old, who considered the toddler's mom, was arrested quickly afterwards.
The mum stays in custody, whereas the teen is known to be effectively and being sorted.
A spokesman for Kent Police mentioned: 'Kent Police acquired a report of concern
for the welfare of a lady who was final seen outdoors a grocery store in
Canterbury Street, Whitstable on Tuesday, January three 2017 at round 6.20pm.
'The caller additionally informed police there was an unaccompanied little one on the location.
'Officers carried out a search of the realm and positioned the lady shortly afterwards.
'She has been arrested in reference to the incident and stays in custody.'
